The Vintner’s Table is an intimate, educational Wine Pairing Dinner showcasing premium Chaddsford wines alongside a creative, five-course meal.

Offered at 6:30pm on the first Thursday and Friday evening of select months, the program will showcase a variety of the area’s most celebrated chefs.

October Pairing Menu by Carlino's Catering:

  • Crostini topped with Goat Cheese, Fig Jam and Prosciutto Toscano
    • with 2015 Pinot Grigio
  • Handmade Kennett Square Wild Mushroom Ravioli in a Brandy Mushroom Cream Sauce
    • with 2015 Artisan Series Traminette
  • Baby Spinach Insalata – Roasted Beets, Sweet Potatoes, Red Bell Peppers, Red Onion, Pumpkin Seeds, Fig Balsamic Vinaigrette
    • with 2016 Sauvignon Blanc
  • Traditional Slow-Roasted Beef Brasiole in a Rustic Tomato Sauce – served with Balsamic-Roasted Cauliflower
    • with 2014 Artisan Series Blaufränkisch
  • Trio of Miniature Pastries: Apple Almond Tartlet, Ricotta Pie and Hazelnut-Glazed Cream Puff
    • with 2014 Artisan Series ‘sur lie’ Chardonnay
