The Vintner’s Table is an intimate, educational Wine Pairing Dinner showcasing premium Chaddsford wines alongside a creative, five-course meal by one of the area’s most celebrated caterers and chefs. The featured caterer for March is Plum Bistro.

March Pairing Menu: 

  • Strawberry Crostini with mascarpone spread, balsamic reduction
    • 2018 Pinot Grigio
  • White Wine Poached Pear with spring mix, candied walnuts, dried cranberries, Dijon white wine vinaigrette
    • 2016 Sur Lie Chardonnay
  • Seared Tuna on a house-made crostini, with crème Fraiche and fresh herbs
    • 2017 Harbinger
  • Herb Rubbed Lamb Chop with sautéed asparagus and wild rice
    • 2016 Fusion
  • Caramel Apple Bread Pudding - Granny Smith apples, homemade caramel, brown sugar
    • 2018 Traminette
